This report is so crazy to me. It’s proof that what we’re doing each day inside the walls of the gym is working. This week Rachel M said “Just when I think I’ve gotten to the highest I can go, I nudge up even further.” That’s so cool and one of the best things about fitness, it’s a forever journey. Twists and turns, steps up and down, but always worth going on.
We’re almost done! Many of you have already re-assessed your levels, so you’ll be working through the alternative workouts. I’m not going to post those for this week, just take a look at Chalk It before you come over. I' promise it’ll be more organized this week. :)
