A brutalizing workout, Murph is not to be taken on unprepared. Being consistent in your training at The Standard, you can take this on and get out of it everything you’re meant to. For those who want to do better or enjoy having a goal to work toward; we have some Murph prep extra credit workouts in this week. I put them on suggested smartest days, but they can be done whenever wherever you may be.
